It's always good to know these things..... This is a very good article. Not only about the warm water during and after your meal, but about ladies and their heart attacks. This makes sense.... the Chinese and Japanese drink hot
tea with their meals...not cold water... maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain...they have a much, much lower heart attack rate than we do.
For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oil in the food that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. something wrong with me?

I don't know why... Or may be something is wrong with me... Coz I wrote to my friends but I never get the reply back... Especially from guy friends... Did i write something wrong? Or are they worrying about their girlfriend? I am sure I didn't write anything about love letters!!! And they knew me for nearly a decade... I am not interested in them!!! (Well, I will marry someone but not now!!! :D ;P and don't worry I m not a lesbian! But u know most girls take me wrong! :P ) Some of my friends were feeling guilty coz they didn't write to their friends! For me, I were feeling guilty writing to them... I don't know what to do and that's why i stopped writing to all my friends...
